# Troubleshooting

### **Installation Problems**

#### **1. Run Command Not Working After Installation:**

* This could be a potential firewall issue. Try temporarily disabling your firewall to see if it resolves the problem.

**Mac**

* Open System Preferences.
* Click on "Security & Privacy," then select the "Firewall" tab.
* Click the lock icon to make changes, then click "Turn Off Firewall."

**Windows**

* Open Control Panel.
* Select "System and Security," then click on "Windows Defender Firewall."
* Click "Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off" and select "Turn off Windows Defender Firewall" for both private and public networks.

### **Earnings Issues**

#### **1. Earnings Not Displayed:**

* Check the network status and ensure your node is online. Verify that you have completed tasks correctly.

#### **2. Unable to Claim Earnings:**

* Ensure you have sufficient claimable earnings. If the problem persists, contact support.

* Ensure your device meets the required specifications. Close unnecessary applications to free up resources.
