Installation Problems

1. Run Command Not Working After Installation:

  • This could be a potential firewall issue. Try temporarily disabling your firewall to see if it resolves the problem.

Mac

  • Open System Preferences.

  • Click on "Security & Privacy," then select the "Firewall" tab.

  • Click the lock icon to make changes, then click "Turn Off Firewall."

Windows

  • Open Control Panel.

  • Select "System and Security," then click on "Windows Defender Firewall."

  • Click "Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off" and select "Turn off Windows Defender Firewall" for both private and public networks.


Earnings Issues

1. Earnings Not Displayed:

  • Check the network status and ensure your node is online. Verify that you have completed tasks correctly.

2. Unable to Claim Earnings:

  • Ensure you have sufficient claimable earnings. If the problem persists, contact support.


Performance Issues

1. Node Performance is Low:

  • Ensure your device meets the required specifications. Close unnecessary applications to free up resources.

2. Tasks Are Not Being Allocated:

  • Check your node's status and ensure it is online. Verify that all necessary configurations are correct.
