Installation Problems
1. Run Command Not Working After Installation:
This could be a potential firewall issue. Try temporarily disabling your firewall to see if it resolves the problem.
Mac
Open System Preferences.
Click on "Security & Privacy," then select the "Firewall" tab.
Click the lock icon to make changes, then click "Turn Off Firewall."
Windows
Open Control Panel.
Select "System and Security," then click on "Windows Defender Firewall."
Click "Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off" and select "Turn off Windows Defender Firewall" for both private and public networks.
Earnings Issues
1. Earnings Not Displayed:
Check the network status and ensure your node is online. Verify that you have completed tasks correctly.
2. Unable to Claim Earnings:
Ensure you have sufficient claimable earnings. If the problem persists, contact support.
Performance Issues
1. Node Performance is Low:
Ensure your device meets the required specifications. Close unnecessary applications to free up resources.
2. Tasks Are Not Being Allocated:
Check your node's status and ensure it is online. Verify that all necessary configurations are correct.
